Sweet and Sour Spareribs

Sweet & Sour ribs

Ingredients
- 600g Pork Spareribs
- 3 Stalks Green Onion (shredded)
- 4C Oil (used for deep frying)

Seasonings

- 4 Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon of wine
- 4 Tablespoon of sugar
- 3 Tablespoons of brown vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons of corn starch
- 5 Tablespoons of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil

Procedure
1. Cut the spareribs into 2.5 centimeter pieces, and marinate with soy sauce and wine for 30 minutes. Keep left over soy sauce to be used later.
2. Deep fry the spareribs with hot oil for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
3. Remove the spareribs from the pot and reheat the oil, and deep fry once more for about 10-15 seconds until the ribs turn brown. Remove the spareribs.
4. Add all the other seasonings and shredded onion with remaining soy sauce in a bowl.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil to stir fry the seasoning sauce. Wait until it boils, then add to the spareribs. Mix well and then serve.
