Strawberry Souffle

Ingredients:
- 100g Strawberry
- 3nos Egg White
- 50g Sugar
- Pinch of icing sugar
Method
1. Preheat oven at 150 degrees.
2. Wash and drain strawberries, set aside.
3. Separate egg white from egg yolk, set aside egg white.
4. Beat egg white, add in sugar, and continue beating until mixture becomes stiff.
5. Fill baking tray with egg white mixture, bake for 15 minutes.
6. Slice strawberries, spread them on top of baked egg white. Sprinkel with icing sugar before serving.
