Stewed Snow Ear and Lotus Seeds Soup in Coconut Shell

Ingredients

  • 1 Coconut
  • 100g Lean Pork
  • 20g Snow Ear
  • 30g Fresh Lotus Seeds
  • 20g Fresh Lily Bulb
  • 15g Goji Seeds
  • 3 cups Water
  • Some salt

Method

1. Soak snow ear in 1 1/2 cups of water for 30 minutes. Remove hard yellowish parts. Thin slice and keep aside.

2. Mince meat, add all ingredients (exept salt) to steaming pot with 1 1/2 cup of water, and stew over boiling water for 4 hours.

3. Season with salt, then remove from fire fill in a coconut shell. Done.

*That Coconut water is sterile untill opened? Drink when it’s still fresh.
