Shrimp Baked Rice

Ingredients

  • 10 shelled shrimps
  • 4 sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon of peas
  • 2 bowls of cooked white rice
  • pizza cheese and Parmesan cheese powder as desired

Butter Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 3 tablespoon of flour
  • 2 tablespoon of cream
  • 2 cups of broth
  • butter sparingly
  • salt sparingly

Shrimp Marinate Ingredients

  • salt, pepper, chestnut powder sparingly

Method

1. Clean the shrimps and marinate them for 15-20 minutes

2. Add 2 tablespoon of oil into the pan and add the shrimps. Do not cook thoroughly—only until about 80% cooked—and take the shrimps out. Add an additional 1 tablespoon of oil or butter into the pan and add onions and mushrooms to stir fry.

3. When the onions emit a scent, add the flour and stir fry until its appears slightly golden. Add the broth and stir. Add as much salt as desired, and at last add the Parmesan cheese powder and stir evenly.

4. Add the shrimps back into the pan along with peas. Pour the content over white rice (in baking pan) and sprinkle pizza cheese on the top. Bake at 250 degrees for 12-15 minutes until the surface appears golden brown.
