Pork Ribs - Bean Sprouts Soup

Ingredients

  • 250g of bean sprouts
  • Few slices of radish
  • 1 piece of tofu
  • 450g of pork ribs
  • 2 stalks of spring onion
  • 2 slices of ginger

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp of cooking wine
  • Salt

Method

1. Put the pork ribs in boiling water until well cooked. Drain it well.

2. Boil 6-7 cups of water in a sauce pan. Add the pork ribs, chopped spring onion, sliced ginger and cooking wine. Once boiled, reduce the heat and leave it to cook for at least another  hour to extract the flavor.

3. Wash the bean sprouts.  Cut the tofu into smaller cubes. Add the bean sprouts and tofu into the soup. Cook until it turns soft. 5 minutes before serving, add the radish and keep cooking. Add salt as seasoning.
